MORTGAGE INFORMATION
There are no restrictions to you buying a home in Spain under the same conditions as Spanish Nationals or other citizens residing in Spain.
Allow 11% of the purchase price for new property and 10% for a re-sale. Most of these costs are for taxes, the rest notary fees, registration costs and legal fees.
You can normally get finance for 50 to 70 per cent of the price with a Spanish mortgage providing you can prove that you have enough income to repay the loan. The general term is 10 to 15 years and you pay capital and interest in equal monthly or quarterly instalments.

After the completion of your purchase you may wish to consider insuring your property, car, boat or health. We have contacts with reputable companies who can help you with this as well as advising and supplying home security. This is especially important if you are not living in Spain but need total peace of mind when you are back home.

We offer foreign investors the opportunity to invest at ground level in apartment blocks and urbanisations of apartments, bungalows and detached houses. We count on the professional services of a specialised team of experienced architects, technical architects, and constructors. our function would be to assist in all the contracts and title deeds, to control the work up to the finalisation, with all the formal steps of administration leading to the obtaining of permissions and licences and documentation until the habitability of the building. Naturally we also take care of the whole administration of the promotion itself.
