Bedrooms:	The Accommodation consists of... 2 twin bedded rooms, tastefully furnished with built-in wardrobes and plenty of drawer space, ceiling fans & central heating in both rooms. French windows lead onto a Juliet balcony with distant views to the mountains and overlooking the 1st and 2nd fairways.
Bathrooms:	Full sized bath with shower screen, WC, bidet, heated towel rail, shaver point, towels included.
Kitchen:	Well equipped with cooker, hob, extractor, microwave, Fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Iron and board, kettle, toaster, juicer etc.. in fact everything you should need.
Living Rooms:	Dual aspect lounge, 2 comfortable modern sofas, a coffee table, TV and DVD player, standard lamp. Air conditioning and central heating. Games and books. Dining table and 4 chairs. Patio doors lead to large terrace

Golf

Hacienda Riquelme is the 4th course to be competed on the Jack Nicklaus Golf Trail, The course is a challenging 18-hole par 72, & measures 6416 m, from the back tees of which there are 4 choices of tees to suit all standards of Golfer. It is probably the longest course in the area, with several lakes, & numerous extremely large bunkers. There are discounted green fees for Hacienda-Riquelme La Torre, & El Valle, for The Mar Menor. There is a free Shuttle Bus to take you to all these resorts!

Spectacular views can be had from all rooms. Mountains & Farways from the bedrooms, & pool fairways, lake & distant sea views from the lounge dining room & terrace. This accommodation is ideal for Golfers & non Golfers alike & is a 2 minute walk from the resort centre .

Outside
The covered terrace has 2 sun loungers and a dining table and 4 comfortable chairs for al fresco dining. Overlooking the large communal pool, and adjacent to the 8th & 9th fairways with distant views to the Mar Menor.
There is secure underground parking with a lift.

Hacienda Resort

In the resort centre there is a large well stocked supermarket, bars, restaurants and a pro shop. There is a sports area with tennis and paddle courts, and petanque. Dotted around the resort are numerous childrens play areas.

Mar Menor Beach

Hacienda Riquelme is a 15 / 20 minute drive from the miles of sandy beaches of the Mar Menor (The little Sea) which is renowned for it's therapeutic properties to health & a fantastic place for all watersports. In nearby Sucina there are many restaurants, banks, pharmacy, supermarket etc.

Travel
The nearest airport is Murcia San Javier which is a 15 minute drive from the resort. Alicante is a 45 minute drive. Both are served by many of the low cost airlines throughout the UK. Car hire is recommended.

Distances
The nearest village of Sucina is less than 5 minutes drive. The historical capital city of Murcia is approx. 25 minutes drive, an exciting and vibrant place to visit.
Cartagena, another historical city worth visiting is 30 mins drive.

Cleaning / towels / linen / maid service:
Towels and linen are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Cleaning is done at the end of your stay unless requested. For stays longer than a week linen can be changed for a small charge. Please note that this is a no smoking / no pets apartment.

Booking notes
25% deposit on booking the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. £120 security charge for breakages/damage which will be refunded 2 weeks after holiday.
Cleaning costs are paid locally.
